In accordance with the guidelines of the Financial Supervisory Service, 'Touch N M-Vaccine for Web (for business)' is designed to prevent electronic financial accidents from various viruses and malicious code programs by protecting the smartphone from being used when accessing the mobile web pages of linked companies such as banks, securities, and shopping. It is a security program that runs and stops together to ensure a safe connection environment.
‘Touch N M Vaccine for Web (Enterprise)’ is an application that runs in conjunction with a network and connection environment.
It does not run separately.
(*Because it is not a standalone program, there is no launch icon on the home screen even after installation.)

Touch&M Vaccine for Web (for businesses) provides service information such as additional vaccine information to ensure a safer smartphone usage environment.

[App access permission information]
Based on the Information and Communications Network Act for the protection of users related to smartphone app access rights, which came into effect on March 23, 2017, Touch&M Vaccine for Web (for business) accesses only the items absolutely necessary for the service, and the details are as follows.

- Required permissions
1. Internet, Wi-Fi connection information: Used for network connection when updating pattern/engine
2. App deletion: When malicious apps are detected, a deletion function is provided by user selection.

['Touch N M Vaccine for Web (Enterprise)' FAQ]
<1> In case of delay in downloading or installation of TouchN M Vaccine from Google Play Store
- Due to Google Play Store issue, proceed as follows
- On your smartphone, go to [Settings]-[Application Manager (App Manager)] menu  select “Google Play Store”  select the [Remove Update] button and [OK]  reboot the terminal and reinstall.
<2> When TouchN Mvaccine continues to return to the previous screen after running
- This may occur when accessing the “Chrome” browser and using the “Internet” browser for payment.
<3> If the screen continues to refresh after the message “TouchEn mVaccine is running” appears.
- This may occur when accessing the “Naver App” browser and using the “Internet” browser for payment.
<4> If you have installed the TouchN M-vaccine, but are moved to the Google Play Store after being prompted to reinstall it.
- This may occur when accessing the “FireFox” browser. Use it by accessing the “Internet” browser or proceed as follows.

<5> If the TouchN M-vaccine does not proceed after installation
- Terminal back button  Go back to the antivirus operation page  After running the antivirus, go to the payment page.
<6> Payment is not possible after running TouchN Mvaccine in the shopping app
- This may occur due to inter-app interconnection issues. Please email the relevant shopping app to voc@raonsecure.com.

<7> If the TouchN M-vaccine runs indefinitely on the LG G2 terminal, proceed as follows.
1) On the terminal, go to the [Settings]-[Screen]-[Home touch button]-[Hide home touch button] menu.
2) Uncheck “TouchEn mVaccine for web” in the app list and restart it.
